Taylor Schabusiness charged with battery against prison guard

FOND DU LAC (Scripps News Green Bay)– The lady founded guilty of killing and dismembering a male inside a Green Bay home is dealing with a brand-new charge, according to court records.

Taylor Schabusiness is serving a life sentence at Taycheedah Correctional Institution in Fond du Lac for the Feb. 2022 murder of Shad Thyrion.

According to a criminal grievance, on July 24, Schabusiness asked for medical attention for a staple that lodged in her arm after a reported fall. A sergeant, later on described as the victim in the problem, handcuffed Taylor and took her to a medical space to consult with a nurse.

The nurse states in the grievance that Schabusiness was chuckling the whole time, and when the nurse asked what was so amusing, Schabusiness reacted that absolutely nothing was amusing. The nurse then alerted Schabusiness that “it may injure a bit” as she approached with tweezers, however as quickly as the tweezers reached the staple on Schabusiness’ arm, she pressed the nurse out of the method and lunged out of her chair and at the nurse, according to the grievance.
